They've built a service for marketers to turn up promotion-specific minisites very quickly (say, in a day or so) to support traditional offline promotions. Measurable. Jumpstarts the relationship between truly interested prospect. Best of all --- takes the pain (and we know the pain) out of birthing that Web baby each time you want to adjust your approach.
